INGL 4326: Childrens Literature

Literature course for teachers. It comprises a selection of English folk works, contemporary American literature, and international classics in translation within children’s and young adult literature. It is proposed to carry out a study of criticism and literary values with a focus on the teaching of these.

Project: Writing Activities

In the course INGL-4326 Children’s Literature with Professor Ariana Morgan, I completed a book talk presentation focused on analyzing the elements of a children’s book and explaining its value for young readers. I selected The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, a classic enjoyed by both children and adults, and explained why I would recommend it. This project allowed me to reflect on my presentation strengths, areas for improvement, and the reasons this book appeals to children.
